"I don't know where to start —
but something has to change."

Whether you're navigating a relationship crisis, struggling to communicate with your teenager, or just sensing that your family has drifted apart — these feelings are real, and they matter. Therapy isn't about admitting failure. It's about choosing to grow.

How we help

Every family deserves support.

Meet your therapist

Dr. Sarah Chen, LMFT

I became a therapist because I believe that every family — no matter how fractured things feel right now — has the capacity for healing. My work is grounded in warmth, evidence-based methods, and a deep respect for each person's unique story.

Over 15 years, I've had the privilege of sitting with families in their most vulnerable moments and watching them find their way to something better. That never gets old for me.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Certified

Our philosophy

What therapy looks like here.

You're heard first.

Your first session is about listening. We won't jump to advice or diagnoses. We'll simply try to understand your world.

A plan built for you.

Together, we'll identify what change looks like for your family and design a therapeutic path that fits your pace and goals.

Real tools, real change.

Using EFT, Gottman methods, and CBT — we give you concrete skills to use between sessions, not just insight inside the room.

Progress you can feel.

We check in regularly on what's working. Therapy should feel meaningful — and you should see growth, not just talk about it.

From families we've worked with

You're not the first to feel this way.

"We came in barely speaking to each other. After six months with Dr. Chen, we've learned how to actually listen. I didn't think that was possible for us."

Marcus & Janelle

Couples counseling, 2 years ago

"My daughter refused to talk to anyone. I thought therapy wouldn't work for a teenager. I was wrong. Dr. Chen has a gift for connecting with young people."

Renata P.

Parent, adolescent therapy

"I was skeptical about counseling. Turns out the hardest part was making the first call. Everything after that felt like progress."
